Regarding the Planned Changes of the Czech Intelligence Services Act

The goal of this article is to introduce the planned legislative changes to the Act no. 153/1994 Coll. about the Czech Intelligence Services. The purpose of these changes is to widen the range of the sources that provide the Intelligence Services with invaluable information to fight not only terrorism. The article will also focus on the state of the present legislation and will mention some difficulties the Intelligence Services are currently facing. At the same time, it will evaluate any possible contributions of the future resolution.
