Some Criminological Aspects of Police Crime

The aim of the paper is to present, on the basis of currently available information, the basic criminal aspects of police crime, including members of the Police Corps. In this context, authors would like to point out in this context also the current state of the issue as well as the causes of its origin themselves with regard to the motivation of members of the Police Corps as public officials to commit crimes.
